• 続いて事務局から、日本円と他通貨においてリスク・フリー・レートが無担保指標と有 担保指標に分かれた場合のデリバティブ取引（通貨スワップ、金利スワップ）等におけ る潜在的な論点を提示した後、議論を行ったが、メンバーからは具体的な問題点や懸念 は示されなかった。
• Subsequently, the Secretariat presented the potential issues on derivative transactions (currency swaps, interest rate swaps) that might be highlighted if an unsecured rate is identified as a Japanese yen risk-free rate whilst a secured rate is identified as a risk-free rate in other currencies. However, members did not raise specific problems or concerns on this issue.
