法人向け is built from 法人 (Corporation) and the suffix 向け.

The suffix 向け means intended for. Thus, intended for corporation becomes corporate. (See here for more on the grammar use.)

It is interesting that before the U.S. Supreme Court decided that the free-speech rights of corporations - at least during elections - was equal to the free-speech rights of individuals the Japanese language had come to a similar conclusion. 法人 is created from 2 characters -- 法 meaning law/legal and 人 meaning person.
A homonym for 衛星 (えいせい, satellite) is 衛生 (えいせい, health).
