Notes

  1. Softbank has a License Agreement (ライセンス契約) with Disney. The word 契約 (けいやく), also means contract. In a case like this an agreement and a contract are likely the same thing.  In cases where a legal document is not involved, there may be a difference in the word to use.
  2. KDDI wrote about 請求(せいきゅう)which can translate to bill or claim, while the word 法案(ほうあん) is a bill.  In American English, a bill is demand for payment from the recipient of the bill; a claim is request for payment from either a first or third party. (e.g. I filed a claim with my insurance company.)
