Press release. 6 July 2016.
- Launched on July 6th the Aquos K’s capabilities are significantly expanded with capabilities such as a pedometer and a black telephone ringtone.
You can listen to the black telephone sound on NHK’s creative library, which I think is the sound of a classic black desktop rotary phone.
Notes
- The Aquos K is a Android-based flip-phone that is marketed towards those less inclined to adopt smartphones -- senior citizens (年寄り). This explains why basic smartphone features such as a pedometer and a vintage ringtone are touted in marketing materials.
