• 中国の不動産開発業界は投資家から高金利を求められており、国内の「シャドーバンキング（影の銀行）」システムへと向かう企業も見られる。不動産市場の健全性をめぐる警告で、危機感が増す一方となっている。恒大地産にとってこれ（シャドーバンキング借り入れ）は昨年の40億ドルの永久債の発行に続くもので、このコストも同社の既存負債を大幅に上回った。
• Investors are forcing Chinese property companies to pay more to borrow and driving some to the country’s “shadow-banking” system, as warnings over the health of the real-estate market grow more dire. For Evergrande, that followed the sale last year of a $4 billion perpetual bond that was far more costly than the company’s existing debt.
